There are many ancient words for breath - “Prana” “Vinyasana” “chi” all meaning life force, energy. They have been used for ages to bring back life and body functions, and through ancient practices of martial arts, singing, rituals, qi gong, shamanic drumming just to name a few, breath work is vital.
The breath helps in expressing many emotions. It helps in letting go, releasing blocked emotions, keeping our lungs and heart in shape, our back in shape, and giving our voice power.
There are many sayings using the word ‘breath‘ - “ Let’s Breathe life into this” “Breathe on me breath of god” ‘ - Breathe a sigh of relief” “Relax and catch your breath” “In with the good, out with the bad” . Breath can relax you, and at the same time give you energy, like a yoga class can.
Three STUDIES - Just a few in the growing evidence of amazing outcomes using breath work.
There was a Stanford study in which veterans were given three months of yoga and breath exercises. It was the breath that was transformative for a year at least, and decreased their anxiety and PTSD.
A hospital in Sweden instead of giving morphine, the hospital used BREATH exercises, cutting down its usage.
In Norway, an opera singer lost her voice completely while touring. She used a special BREATH technique she learned to gain her voice back.
A psychologist in New York is now treating SWAT teams, hospital workers, emergency medical teams and countless other groups that deal with traumas in society with deep diaphragmatic breath exercises to help them handle in a calm manner their important work. And to prevent PTSD and many other diseases.
Evidence is accumulating for this powerful, ancient, God given energy.

I have seen numerous occasions in which people could slow down, be in the moment and take in present moments to give attention and intention to by just breathing correctly, slowing the mind down, and giving breath the intention of the moment, the moment of NOW.
Close your eyes now. Take a deep, slow breath using your whole torso - lungs and stomach and also breathing from your heart, opening it up. Hold for five seconds, then gently release.
Imagine your world, our world, your body or soul without fear, anger, frustration, confusion, sleep deprivation, chronic illness, or pain.
HOW would that FEEL? (big breath)
WE All know we want and need a better alternative.
I want that for YOU and the world! So our children can have a better world.
Depression and anxiety is the top illness - Insomnia is on the rise - we are over medicated to try and fix things.
Breath, and using it correctly, will transform your aches and pains - your anxiety- your over active, sleep deprived brain, your stomach diseases such as IBS = ADHD, back pain, tummy ache, headaches, earaches, vocal problems, asthma, COPD, and emotional trauma. It can also relax your stomach muscles and anxiety if you seem to be hungry all the time, which is really a result of anxiety.
God gave us Breath to live as a true human being with flesh, soul. So I say lets use it to heal our soul.
It is this UNITY of breathing that speaks of the Unity of ALL!
All Beings in ONE BODY, Together BREATHING- BREATHING TOGETHER!

We only use 20% capacity of our breath every day. Imagine what it would be like, for the largest most vital part of our body to give it 100%?
ORREN
A shy guy named Orren, around my age in my 50’s I met awhile ago when he came to a concert of mine in a library in California.
Twice in 2019 he called me when I was back in California, wanting to share his music he started composing. He called me out of the blue around the full moon in April after several years. I go to his house and hear his music. I encourage him. I sing with him and he is simply flabbergasted that I would even sing with him! It turns out that we had both written a full moon song! So we shared!
Then I see an opportunity to quiet his mind, which like many people is jumping from one thing to the next. I told him simply to take big breaths, hold them in his body to make sure the oxygen gets throughout his body, then release it. You see, he did seem confused, worried, anxious about money, not totally joyful. I am helping him because it helps ME get calm in my sleep-deprived brain, and in helping others you help yourself.
I took him back to just the breath – just the breath- just the breath – just the breath-just the breath-for if you think you don’t have control over your mind, you do over your BREATH! IF God gave us breath to give us life, lets use it, give it an intention to give US life – vital energetic life in every cell of your being.
I met him later on in the year in the summer and gave him some simple breath coaching sessions. After these sessions he was absolutely amazed! He wanted to keep doing this breath exercise! He says his thinking was much clearer, was more aware of his body and what breath can do for it, and after I did some further emotional work with tapping he started crying, pouring out grief he had been holding for many years after a tragedy in the family. I was releasing emotions that were so hidden in his body! He seemed much more calm, happier and aware of his negative thinking.
This is how miraculous breath can be! Now imagine combining it with singing, which raises your spirit, your vibCase Study 2.

My friend Sue has MS, COPD, and had just come from Florida to Michigan to be with her grandchildren. Jim and I went to her house and simply did a few visualization techniques of grounding to the earth, and Deep Breath exercises throughout her body. And by having her raise her arms above her head this opened up the chest area. Her breathing and Circulation drastically improved! Her toes turned from purple to Pink. And her chest stopped rattling. It’s amazing what the BREATH CAN DO!
GIVE IT A TRY and get some relief from negativity, anxiety, worries, stresses, and tension in the body.

It is this UNITY that speaks of the Unity of ALL! All Beings in ONE BODY, Together BREATHING- BREATHING TOGETHER!
So, if our healing Angels Breathe together, We Also Need to meditate on that. What does this MEAN?
